Apprentice Program
We have developed a field-orientated program that guides our agents through combining the fundamentals of the selling real estate with cutting-edge tools and techniques to build their effectiveness in our market. It utilizes all of our management team and staff but is based on one-on-one and small group meetings with a mentor regularly throughout the program. Our program focuses on developing three key elements:
1. Business Plan
We know the importance of planning for success. Building a business plan is a key factor to the success of any agent’s career. Through our program, we provide examples of, give guidance during the creation of, maintain accountability for, and assist in reflection and modification of a business plan.
2. Marketing Strategy
Having a marketing strategy allows our agents to focus their time and energy in productive, meaningful ways. We work with each of our new agents in developing a distinctive plan of action that is tailor to each agent’s abilities and personality. Fundamental to the success of our agents in Real Estate is their ability to market their professionalism and expertise in an effective way to their target market.
3. Solid Real Estate Practice
Having solid Real Estate practices is essential to conducting business in our market. Through our program, we coach our agents in their dealings with prospective clients, handling presentations for both sellers and buyers, and negotiating and coordinating deals until they close. Good practices allow our agents to maintain strong reputations as Real Estate professionals with both our clients and other professionals in our industry.
